Water ingress

Hi
I recently had a leak in my caravan roof the leak has been repaired.
I have dryer the caravan out but have a few bubbles on my wall what is the best action I've orded a new board but was wondering if I could just board over the old one as its only joining upto my wardrobe not another board.

If the wall is bubbling, or as it is called "pimpling" then the wood is rotten and needs to be removed.

Agreed, you need to examine behind the wall board to check the extent of any damage there.
