Hello

I am completely new to caravanning and recently purchased a Bailey Discovery 400 (2005).

The caravan never came with a water pump and I'm completly unsure what pump I actually need. The connection on the caravan just has one hole in the top left corner and no power point and in the owners manual it also shows a picture of what looks like a plastic housing.

Can anybody help or point me in the right direction?

Many Thanks

Rhys

some one will be along to give you the correct answer, but i suspect you have a on board pump? The bailey handbook should give great detail on the pump and its connections if any.

Rhys,

Somewhere in the handbook it might state exactly what water system is fitted e.g carver or truma with whatever specification, that would be a good help.

Another thing you could do is contact Bailey customer services either by phone or email. I have found them very helpful in the past.

Bailey do monitor some of the caravan forums but it has been a while since I read a post from them on here.

Kelly Watts is (or was) the customer services front line person, her emial is :

kelly@bailey-caravans.co.uk

Drop her a note and she usually repies within a couple of days.

Good luck

Robert

Hi I suspect its the same as my 2005 pagent which is a Whale submersible 921 the owners manual seem to be generic so I suspect the pumps are all the same. Just take the manual picture with you when you go to the dealers
