Water pump

Hi
My bailey caravan has a problem in that the 12v meter has stopped working even though every thing is working ok except the pump it keeps blowing fuses on both the internal and external pumps

Any ideas please

What Bailey is it? Internal and external pumps? Are you sure? Have you got a wiring diagram?
