Water pump

I have just purchased a Swift icon and the water pump is not running water through the taps. Any ideas please

So many possibilities.
Is your battery fully charged?
Do you have power to any 12 volt appliances? Lights working?
Is your master switch on?
Does the pump have an isolation switch?
Have you checked your fuses?
