Water pump

So many possibilities.
Is your battery fully charged?
Do you have power to any 12 volt appliances? Lights working?
Is your master switch on?
Does the pump have an isolation switch?
Have you checked your fuses?
 
Are all other 12v items working? Can you hear the pump running when you open a tap. Swift pumps sound like a Jack hammer usually?
If you can hear it, try plunging the filter end of the external “pump” up and down in the aquaroll in case you have an airlock.
If the van is new to you rather than brand new then check the filter end of the taps are not clogged up with limescale.

Is the yellow dump valve / tap closed?
I swithched my pump on and I could hear it running and noticed that the level in the aquaroll was going down, but because the yellow dump valve was open all the water was being dumped out of the bottom of the van before it got to the boiler or taps.
