Waterfront Country Park - West Stockwith South Yorks

Hi we been there it a nice site pub near by but very expensive you are better walking to another pub down the road 5 minute walk and half the price, bear in mind they do have hardstanding only for motorhome, last time we was there we had heavy rain yes the site do get flooded, also there are some nice walking area by the river good for fishing,The marina is near by with narrow boat you can drink in their club we was told, so don't forget the wellies!!! Presume this is the one behind the pub. I've not been personally as it doesn't have a toilet block.But I know someone who goes regularly and they really enjoy it.Lots going on in the marina and on the Trent which flows right by the village.

Also good for visiting nearby Lincoln, Sundown adventure park, Bawtry and Retford market towns plus as Trevor said lots of pleasant walks especially beside the Chesterfield canal.
