Hya everyone

Well, after a dodgy 2008, when we had to sell our caravan because of my husband lack of holidays and time off, I am really pleased to say that after doing the holidays abroad, (we went to turkey and brussels}, we found that we really missed our van, and the freedom that it gave us, and so have decided to buy another van in 2009. We found that you cant beat the friendliness, and the camaraderie of the other tourers. (there is always someone willing to help if you have a problem, which is more than be said for certain people abroad)

We are hoping to have our van by March/April, so that we can make full use of the summer months.

So once again, I,m really glad to be back., and looking forward to this summer, and evey other summer for years too come, cos god forbid, we,le never be without a caravan again.

Welcome back Julie and good luck in your search for a replacement caravan. We too are hooked and can see us being vanners for many years to come. We're already dreaming a a fixed island bed when the kids leave home!

Thanks Clair and Rob

We really can,t wait to start looking for a new van, and we are planning on going to the caravan show in Northern Farm in sommerset for our new van, mainly because we had spent quite a lot of holidays there, when we had our other vans, and before that, when we had our tent.

As far as we are concerned, you can,t beat pitching your van, and opening a bottle of wine while helping your other half put up the awning, (and threatening divorce),lol, you don,t get that same sense of fun with holidays abroad, but thats just our opinion, and no doubt others will probably disagree.
