Weight of Swift Corniche

Can anyone tell me what the weight is of our 1989 Swift Corniche 14/4? We have had it a couple of years and was told when we bought it but have forgotten (comes with old age hehe). We have a friend who wants to buy it as we are upgrading to newer one. He has a Ford C Max which I think he says has 1700cc engine. Our friend used to have a van for years and is returning once again.

I believe we can find the weight limit on our van but both of us are disable and if its difficult to find ie underneath the van, then we will not be able to find it.

I've got a 1988 Swift Rapide 14/4 and its weight (unladen) is 825kg.

Don't really know if this helps but it certainly can't be that different!

I pull mine with a 1.8 Petrol Zafira (115bhp) - and you don't really know its there.

I don't think there is a 1.7 litre CMax but the entry level 1.6 diesel weighs 1419kg and has a max towing weight of 1300kg. It only produces 88bhp tho so might be a little sluggish

Thanks for your help. I think its 1400 or thereabouts fully loaded and at present we tow her with a VW Touran 1.9tdi and don't know its there either. Going to sell our beloved Swift as it does not have enough room inside. I am physically disabled and need more room, preferably with end bathroom. Must say though I will miss our Swift.

Hi have a 1995 Swift Corniche 15/2E the unladen weight of that is 1110KG fully loaded 1350kg Hope that helps.
