Is the Westfalia swan neck compatible with the Alko hitch?

To the best of my knowledge, all swan necks are compatible with AlKo hitches. I have yet to come across one which isn't.

I have a Mercedes ML with a Westfalia Detachable Swan neck Towbar which is fine with my alko hitch on my swift challenger - they were both fitted at the same time by my local dealer.
