Wet carpet and squeaky floor

In our 8 week old lunar lexon we have noticed that the carpet in front of the shower is wet and for a couple of week ends we have noticed the floor by the bed is squeaky. We have checked that the shower is not leaking during use, have checked in cupboards and in lockers for damp etc but nothing shows.

Booked in for check in 2 weeks time but we're off on our travels again soon after that so they may not have time to fix it.... Bit worried! Any ideas what it might be?

Have other Lexon owners have this trouble?

Don't know about squeaky floor as all of ours is squeaky and delaminated (it is an old van and one of a huge list of jobs to do ) but the wet could be coming from your toilet flush. I spent weeks sealing and resealing my shower tray convinced it was leaking. The leak was coming from a small piece of rubber under where you fill up the flush water on the toilet. It didn't immediately occur to me as the floor was not discoloured. You would expect pink from the flushing fluid but it was that in the end.
