Whale Pressure Switch Replacement.

Hi, it looks like I need a new pressure switch, I am not at all sure if they are servicable. Any advice appreciated as always.

If fitting a new one, what sealant\mastic etc. should I use to properly fit a new whale Pressure switch to Bailey Alutech body.

For illustration it is the type in the following video between
