Whale pump question

Our shower water flow seems to be less than previous times.A l.5 ltr bottled took 32 seconds on existing pump and 35 seconds on spare pump . Does anyone know whether this would be satisfactory?. Thanks.

What was it previously? Check for any filter/strainer blockages. Whats it like from the caravan taps? Could it be limescale or crud in the shower head, remove it and see if its clean.

From work that I did over twenty years ago, I recall that many pumps would only manage about 3L per min through the shower so your results are not unusual.

Some people may try to tell you that pumps have a flow rate of 6 to7Litres per min, but that is measured with no outflow head head height, and submersible pumps are quite sensitive to head height or back pressure.
