Whale underfloor space heater

i have recently bought a elddis caravan with this underfloor system
when i used it in mains hook up everything worked perfectly including the multi timing option
when on gas only the heating is only on a single temperature and the water only works on the boost button
is this how its supposed to be surely not
help and advise please

I think you will find possibly that when you have it on boost mode the heating will go off and everything concentrates on heating the water up quicker in the tank , soon as you turn your 'boost' mode off and put on normal heating and hot water mode the heating will come on. I found this out to the other week.

Hi pf,what year of elddis? The underfloor space heater only blows hot air,the water heater is a separate piece of kit?
