What more could a man want?

A bike and two SBT's.

I am not prepared to answer your question on the grounds that it might incriminate me.

One question though which one rides pillion and do they have to wear crash helmets?

They don't go on the bike silly - this is my bike and they go tandem (attached to the springer).

Oh, and Graham, I don't think I said I didn't like bikes, I thought I said, I don't like them on the road when I'm out driving. You can't love heavy metal and not get involved with bikers you know.

Why not get a side car then the SBTs ( I know what that means now) could travel in comfort. Is the springer that thing on the side and do you attach the dog and go as fast as possible down hill and see if it can keep up! Bit cruel if you ask me SBTs only have little legs.

The purpose of the springer is that the dog happily trots alongside and does not get tangled up with the rider (me) or the wheels.

Not true. My SBT hates it and refuses point blank to even go near it, let alone trot alongside. My other dog (SBT cross) loves it but won't trot, only gallops. She's a really game dog but a bit on the old dangerous/reckless side. She's still in training though so she should come right in the end.
