I use Autogym wheel cleaner with some sucess but it's not perfect.

i find Tescos own cleaner as good as any I have tried. I used to use Meguires but it is very expensive.
Your caravan wheels shouldnt be contaminated with brake dust as they are drums,so shouldnt have too much of a problem keeping these clean.As for cars the trick is to keep them clean and not let the dust get baked onto the wheel,Autoglym is good for normal cleaning but if if your wheels are really dirty try wonder wheels,you apply by brush then wash off.

Avoid using products of the 'spray on leave 30 secs, wash off' variety. These usuaully have an acidic base, and they will penetrate the lacquer coating of the wheels, leading to unsightly blisters. A good car shampoo such as Meguires is all that is required-note that the better ones do not strip off any wax finish you may have applied. If you get little black specks stuck to the rim, you can get these off with an automotive clay bar, but for caravan use, you can even use blue tak with a suitable lubricant, though it doesn't last long...

Best stuff I have ever used is MEGUIARS WHEEL BRIGHTENER and I also use the Meguilars alloy wheel brush.
You water the stuff down 20:1 and it lasts for years.
Use it on both our cars regularly and it works great.

Used to use lots of different special wheel cleaners but now use "Muk Off". Towsure do it in 1 litre or 5 litre bottles.
Works equally good on black streaks as well.

Wonder wheels works for me too.
I use it on the alloys on my Laguna. I have the 1995-98 minilite looking wheels that realy show marks up as the spoke holes are smooth and flush with the inside profile of the wheel.
Using the brush provided encourages you to cover the whole wheel, and you can work the product into those dirty brake dust stains.
Despite being expensive, it is economical as you only need a small amount to do the job. In comparison with the spray can products, you probably spend more on those over the time a bottle of wonder wheels last's.

I use alloy wheel cleaner spray of any brand, it's generally a powerful but highly diluted acid which is sprayed on for a minute or so and then washed of in the normal way.
It makes easy work of brake dust but also gets the grim off that dulls the finish.
Among a whole bucket full of cleaning kit my lad bought me for Christmas one year, was some Simoniz alloy wheel polish spray, do you think he was trying to tell me something?!
Point being though, I've since found it stops brake dust/grim sticking, the wheels always in gleaming condition and I don't need the acid

Autoglym for all car and caravan cleaning jobs, outside and their leather products for car interior. Never had to use a specific cleaner for alloy wheels as they don't get that dirty if you keep on top of it.
if your wheels are a little pitted and past their best then screw up pieces of tin foil in your soapy water and use this to get into the hard to get at spots
I use either Traffic Film Remover, or Fenwicks caravan cleaner. Both do a good job on the car wheels. Then I use a wheel wax about every 4 washes ( a month).
