trying to find a suitable site for my family-including 11 &15 yr olds + springer spaniel-for a week before Easter.
Any suggestions?I hope to get them all into the city for a bit and to explore its surroundings-an area we have not yet spent any time in-simply sailed past on the M5!

Thanks

You have two good options there but if you like the bigger sites, Haven at Exmouth is not too far away, big commercial site with a farm type thing right at the entrance, walk down to there own beach.
Or alternativley there is Cofton at Dawlish nice tidy quite site, but only outdoor pool at the moment, planning has been passed for indoor but dont know if it is complete.
And one I have not stayed at yet but will try for a weekend this year is at Dawlish also and called Ladysmile,
Look them up and you can decide good luck on your hunt.

Cofton---- thats a classic example of two differant opinions, we went in july last year and found it to be excellant, the sun was shining though on the rare apperance it showed!!!! used the outdoor pool had a few beers in the evening, but we did pitch just up from the lower feild and had loads of room.
So at the end of the day its you who has to decide and make it what you will.

There can only be one choice 'Ross Park'

Would love to try it , but I have a problem, I only live about 2 miles from it, neighbours would laugh there heads off if I went and stayed there,
unless you can think off a way I could sneak in with a 37 foot outfit
