which are best foam or sprung seats

I am going to have new seat cushions made for my caravan.

The manufacturer can do both but he recomends a sandwich of various foams, and states that he thinks foam is far superior to springs, but he said if I want springs I can have them, there is no differnce in price. My wife asks if foam is best why do Bailey put sprung seats in their Senators?

I would welcome any comments thanks in advance.

I would certainly go for the sprung cushions as they return to their original shape better(my opinion)

definately the springs as the foam tends to loose its shape as it gets older and the covers tend to sag as well
