Which site is depicted in the Caravan Club magazine adverts?

You know the one - a full page ad, and the photo shows a little site tucked against the beachy shore of a lake (I presume), then there's the road and large hills/mountains.

Every time I look at it, I feel the need to go there...

That should read 'Caravan and Camping Club', not 'Caravan Club'...

Yes,It is Luss camping & caravanning club at Loch Lomond ( on a good day )

We live not too far away and drive past regularly.

yes that is luss we used that site ,and the pitch we used was just off the photo,spent hours on that part of the loch shore ,with the kids. coiln.

If you are going don't think all is roses. Be prepared for the kamikaze midges because it's alive with them at this site :O(

I was told not to worry if raining because they don't come out then. Gawd how wrong my informant was. They were dive bombing me and got stuck on my wet exposed skin as we were packing away. There wasn't many places to chew at because I was already covered with bites so the lil chits bit the bites.

I thought it might be that one, and now playing around in Google Earth I can get the exact same image. Shame it's members tourers only though - we're in the 'other' club...
