They have now taken on bailey, so they had a Bailey roadshow, we was going in Feb, but due to the bad weather we had then [snow] so they hold it last weekend, and it was the first time we been to them, found them very helpfull, the people that was looking round the vans as we spoke to them, said their service for the van and first class, any of you use them? have found the other two Bailey dealer near us are not as good as White Arches, Trevor

White Arches are the best dealer I have dealt with in a long time,very helpful and would appear to go out of their way to help if they can, even though we didn't buy our van from them.

Hello Peter, do agree with you there, But we like their own brand of van called the Archeway model, they look very nice, we will give them a try in the future for our next van, Trevor

We had very good service from White Arches when purchasing a Swift Charisma in 2004 and had no hesitation in returning to them in 2008 to purchase a Swift Challenger.

All the showrooms are kept spotlessly clean and bright and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is an excellent cafe and shop on site too.

Unfortunately, our lovely new Challenger presented one problem after another, some of which were not Swifts fault, but due to supplying manufacturers defects. The ever helpful White Arches workshop team have expertly resolved all the issues and the support we have had from Swift Customer Service has been second to none.
