I had an E'mail a few days ago offering me the magazine at a reduced cost.

I spent several days trying to accept the offer but failed.

On the 31st I tried to contact them via their E'mail and was told they'd get back to me within 48 hours. 96 hours later I get an E'mail asking me for a screen shot !!!

Anyone else had a similar offer and tried to accept it.

Thank you, it has all now been sorted, after a few phone calls. I now have my subscription renewed and an E mail confirming it all.
