You put the word caravan in front of the name of an item and the price doubles i.e. caravan kettle, caravan toaster, caravan TV etc? The same applies to medication for a cat or dog. Price doubles but many of the medicines given to animals are the same that is administered to humans. We paid £12 for 100ml of medication for our dog. We then found we could buy a 500ml bottle for £7 from a chemist without a prescription! We have changed vets.
My pet hate is shops that sell items for people with disabilities. How can they jusitfy charging £1500 for a riser / recliner when you can buy the same or similar item for about £800 from many high street stores. I needed ramps for my mobility scooter and they wanted in the region of £400. On eBay the same item was selling from a proper retailer for £129, but it was labelled for some other use! Rant over!

good to see I'm not the only one ranting at the moment! however you are right about all of that especially the disability market which is horrendous, the elctric beds are equally unequally priced from disability specialists and often cheaper to have custom made through independent bed retailers!! The latest rant I've been having is large retailers being so much more expensive than not only amazon but independent retailers who will often price match for you!! Same with Dog food where the differences can be about £18 per bag!!!!!

Whatever the product, we can't escape "supply & demand" pricing so we have to accept that a large proportion of buyers are prepared to pay whatever price is asked rather than looking around.
The saying that "some people have far more money than sense" certainly seems to be true.

The same if you put wedding in front of it - instant price hike.
Most blatant I've seen was a 'caravan' cheese grater for £4.99, same one in wilkinsons was 79p
