Why no access to subscribed posts.

I don't think this forum gives you those options. However, I wouldn't worry about it. For whatever reason(s) this forum is nowhere near as busy as some others so checking new posts each day or so (or as often as you like) is pretty quick and easy.

Errr - I'm not sure if it applies to original postings but when replying to a post there is a little box bottom left of this text box where you can tick to receive email notifications of replies to your topic - I get them ok when i comment on a post . Hope this helps 🙂
 
I think that box is a feature of the new software. It appears only if you reply to a topic to which you are not subscribed.

The new software also has a Subscribe/Unsubscribe toggle button at the start of the topic.

I just received an e-mail notification of vwtraveller's post so it appears that the conversion to the new software has set the toggle to being subscribed for those who had contributed to a thread on the old forum.

Yes, it seems to work automatically now. I found I was "subscribed" to every thread I'd contributed to, but I've now unsubscribed most of them.
