Widemouth fields or Bude Meadows

I'd be interested in any replies too, Steve, as both of these are on our shortlist for the summer. Leaning slightly towards Budemeadows at the moment, but not quite sure why .....
 
We decided on Widemouth fields, some of the reviews of Budemeadows made us a little wary, plus the minibus service could be useful
to save driving to the beach and paying parking fees.
