Window in van wont stay open

Hi all, we have a 2007 van and the window by the cooker hob doesnt stay open, it appears that the black knob has stopped tightening on the arm. Can anybody suggest what can be done?

Hi Kay.
Had the same problem with our Bailey and had to buy a pair of new window stays

However.....have had a look on Ebay,and was wondering if this would be any good to you...item no;250821728930
A lot cheaper than having to buy a pair of complete window stays.
