Hi, would appreciate any help on how to remove the window opening stays....I wish to replace a broken front window stay...but it appears the manufacturers, Bailey, have glued it to the window !!!!!

Apparently there is a tiny hole into which you have to push something really thin like,say,a needle.It releases a catch which allows the catch to slide off.

Never tried it but thats what I was told.Let us all know.
 
Roger is correct, if you look very closely you wil see a very small hole in the stay near the handle.

Use a paperclip or very small watchmakers screwdriver to release the stay from the window receiver.
