Winter Touring

I know its still summer but am also planning to use the van frequently through the UK winter as it seems a waste to just leave it in storage. What's the best way of insulating the external water supply? I am already on Propane but is there anything else I should concern myself about?

Still rather new to caravaning so would appreciate your addvice.

Thanks - Rod

Hi Rodney, the easiest weay that i have found is to go to any DIY store and buy a hot water tank insulation jacket, just wrap it around your aquaroll and hey presto!

We caravan all year round, its great!

Andrew.

I would agree with Andrew but remember to cover the pipe with pipe insulation as well. If the weather gets realy cold the waste pipes will freeze so its worth knowing where the joints are so you can break into one and put a bucket directly underneath.
