Wiring a 13 pin plug

Hi,

I haven't met a 13 pin plug yet, but no doubt I will one day. Can anybody tell me what colour wires are used, what they serve, and what number pin they fit to ...... assuming the pins are numbered.

Or better still, is there a diagram anywhere on the web?
