I also have to do the word verification if I log out or post a link is it a safety thing I use Firefox if that helps.

I'll ask admin to sort it out for you both in the morning. The word verification activates usually when links are posted so all that admin has to do is to deactivate it on the membership accounts of bona fide forum members when it's reported.

I contacted admin today about the word verification problem and I'm still awaiting a reply so I'll have another go tomorrow.
If the account is the one that I think you mean where the guy couldn't log in, yes, it was all sorted out in the end.

The Tech staff have not been in the office for the past week but they emailed today to say that they have made the necessary adjustments to the accounts so there should be no further word verification problems.
