Xplore front window

Has anyone else had problems with the window panes touching each other and marking the plastic on their front window(I beleive it dosnt just affect Compass Xplore caravans Elddis group)and how did they get on replacing it

thanks for that Ive already contacted Andrew unfortunatly I bought the caravan at 4 months old from an aquantance sog doesnt apply
