xtrail to tow lexon

looking at www.whattowcar.com the X trail to the lexon ratio is 95%. I just checked the Lexon EW as it seemed to be the heaviest van from the Lunar range !!!!.

Still quite new at all this so please check yourself to confirm weights etc. MTPL divided by KW X 100 =s %

ie 1500 kg van KW car 2000 kg ratio = 75 % I do believe that is correct but if not someone will be along who will correct it. Don't forget I'm new to all this !!!

The Nissan X trail has a kerb weight of 1570kg so the Lunar Lexon could exceed the kerbweight of the tow car. The Nissan may be designed to tow two tons but stability is suspect at motorway speeds when towing a caravan which is subject to high windage.
