Light on when full and the problem could be the read switch board at the rear behind the cassette faulty. Hope this helps.

I agree with you that the percentages should be marked in the areas checked. When I used to service vans I wrote actuall percentage where damp metre put. Personally I would go back to where you had it serviced and ask for a proper damp check and percentages put where appropriate.

Yeah I noticed that when I first started fitting it the bolt was stiffer coming out. Since then I've started putting the handbrake on before I lower it.

When I put mine on I also jack it up but before letting the van to the ground I put the hand brake on. Hope this helps.
