Well interesting morning. Bought a new pump..... An updated version. Swapped the o rings whole I was at it. Plugged it in.. Worked immediately. Plugged old one in, dead. Intermittently faulty pump. Grrr. So, new one back in. Pump ran continuously. Ended up.... The lock ring...

Will try it Colin but it is dead at first.... Not a glimmer of life....

Hello all So, 2011 Van with Whale 921 submersible pump. In the 5 times I've used the van, when setting up and plugging in the pump, it doesn't work. Red light on the panel is on.... But nothing at the pump. After much faffing angle time it starts to work and is perfect for days until...

All done in 20 minutes. Came out easily. Different connectors so luckily I had one of those lego blocks. Thanks for your help!

Thanks Damian. Just managed to disconnect the jack plug. Let's see how the thermostat on the control switch performs overnight...!

Hello all I've got a 2011 Elddis van -and am having an issue with the Truma heating when on 240v. What I know.... 500w works 1000w works 2000w works Fan does what it should What happens....! On the control knob, I can select each of the 3 power settings. Problem. They all work...

Hello all - first post here although I've been lurking for years! I've got a Truma water heater in a 2011 Elddis and while it worked perfectly on 240v 2 weeks ago, now it just trips out the EHU post. Every time! I'm pretty sure it's the element (works on gas and nothing else in the van trips...
