I bought a new van this year with a fitted omni directional ariel. How much better is the Status directional version?

David I found that if you want the best possible results then a directional ariel works best. I use an "Image530/18" UHF directional TV Antenna, compatible with Freeview. This works much better than the fitted Status omni-directional. I am thinking of fitting the status directional version...

Cant comment here alun other than to say that the system fitted to my new swift conquerer is not as good as the one fitted to my previous 1999 Challenger. It is now three months old and is giving intermittent problems which I hope the dealer will rectify.
