Have you thought about a BMW X5 and a lighter Lunar ?

We towed a 2000kg. Twin axle caravan with a caravelle 2.5tdi 174bph . We had it for about 6 years and towed around Europe every year it was a great car.

The unfortunately the springs have rusted and fallen apart. I have been trying to get new springs but getting the correct size and strength has proven difficult

I am glad to hear that others are still getting good service, it gives me hope that they may sort out my problems but they did promise a phone call tonight with an appointment but it never came so it will be down to me to chase them again in the morning !

Each time I phoned I have spoken to someone. Thismorning i phoned them again and was told the parts had not been sent out yet ( over 6 weeks now ) the man said he would look into it and phone me back , guess what still waiting now 3 hours later . I think it is only fair to let people know what...

I phoned them again last week and have had no reply. I have previously left posts with good reports about Powrtouch so I think it is also fair to let people know when things are not so good.

After my recent experience with Powrtouch I would no longer recommend them ! see my post about service down the pan .
