At the time, I hadnt removed the cowl on the outside. Wasnt planning on using hot water We had had the ultra heater on to warm the caravan up, but not the ultrastore Hence my confusion

Hi, thanks for input. My issue was/is I hadnt clicked the switch on, so was unsure why it had got hot water, if you see what I mean

The water is coming out the tap hot, not just warmish

Hi, can anyone advise what connector I need for external gas connection for bbq please? Using propane. Or post a link to a connector on Amazon or anywhere Cheers

I havent turned temp dial or flipped the outer dial to on, but water is still hot. Is this normal? If not, what causes it Thanks
