1 nite stopover just after bristol any suggestions

hello,we are off to cornwall this summer and want to do a stop over instead of travelling through the night can anyone suggest somewhere either just before or just after bristol where we can stop.

we dont need electric but a loo and a tap would be good

can anyone help

The Caravan Club has a club site near Wellington which is useful, I can't recall it's name though.

About 1 mile off the Highbridge junction is the Watchfield Inn with a nice 10 van site at the back has loos, shower, hookup and good pub food if required.

Follow signs off M5 for Highbridge, once on A38 turn left almost straight away, follow signs for Richys cider farm and pub is just on left before the farm.

We like it - have booked whole site and bowling alley for wifeys 40th.

I should also add that there are a lot of commercial sites and CLs around J21 Weston-S-M and J22 Highbridge all quite close to the M5.

I also think there may be a couple of CLs in the Almondsbury area (M4/M5 junction).
