Could someone please give us some advice:We have a Lunar Quasar 524 2004 model purchased in February and is on a seasonal pitch in North Yorks. Everything works fine on mains hook up but over the weekend the site electricity tripped.We tried to use 12v but everything was dead.The battery indicator shows a full battery when we are connected to the mains.A new battery was supplied with the van which is used most weekends.Thankyou
 
If you have a three way switch, was it switched over to "van"? Alternatively, it sounds as though you may have a fuse blown, or a wire disconnected somewhere.
