12" wheel trims wanted

I am trying to locate 1 or 2 12"wheel trims for my '92' Lunar Delta 610 Twin axle .They are made of plastic,silver in colour with 4 chrome looking studs.I have tried all my local caravan dealers in Kent but to no avail. Can any one help me please?
 
I would have said "Halfords" straight away, but their website shows 13" as the smallest size.
