12v/240v help

I had such a great response to my last question I thought I'd ask another. I am new to this and am picking up a 1993/4 Swift Challenger 490/5L at the weekend, and there are no instructions with it. Does anyone know where I can get some instructions? Also how does the electric hookup work? Is it like an extension lead that goes in through a window or something that you can plug a couple of things into or does the van usually have 240 sockets build in and the hookup plugs into the van somewhere. Also are there usually seperate 12v and 240v lights built in to a van. Any help would be appreciated.

The first place to try for the manuals is Swift.

Electric hook up is like an extension cable one end pluggin in to the bollard the other you will attach through the locker on the offside.

Presuming that your battery is charged before you switch the electrics to mains try all the lights in the van. Most will probally work except for 2 at the front. These 2 will be your 240volt ones.
