A good suggestion but there are limitations.

Good if you are connected to an EHU. No good for off grid .
 
Perhaps having a "library" of technical sheets etc to download for those forum user that may find them of use,,,it could also put the practically rather than just the talk aspect into the equation,I however find the advice offered far outweigh s the occasional diversions..Gary
 
Thanks firstly for all your replies.
My wife has bought me a 12v coffee maker and we do not have a 12v in the kitchen area so just putting feelers out if straight forward to fit one. I have decided against it and send back said coffee maker and stick to my old fashioned kettle.
