13/14 inch wheels

hi can anyone help have bought 2 new wheels steel rim ones new with tyres fitted on them and have found out they are 14inch instead of 13inch can i still fit these to my van

13" wheels are 4-stud - 14" wheels are usually 5-stud but may also be 4-stud.

If they're 4-stud they'll physically fit but will raise the ride height and the tyres may foul the wheel arch.
