Hi all. Im after some advice please. The taps and shower in the bathroom work fine but I cant get water out of the kitchen tap. Im not sure if our caravan has a pressurised water system or not

Welcome to the Forum.

If you look under the sink and there are two wires running too the underneath of the tap, it's micro switch operated, which I think it is because the other taps work OK. Another way to check is open the kitchen tap fully, then very carefully open the bath room tap, so as not to let any water out, kitchen tap will run when you trip the bathroom micro switch.
I found them easy to replace. just take the tap handle off by undoing the grub screw under the hot/cold indicator and look underneath the cover.

The other thing to do is check that the mesh filter at the end of the tap isn’t blocked with limescale. You wouldn’t think it, but they can be blocked enough to completely stop the water. Easy fix. Unscrew the end and clean the mesh, preferably with a bit of vinegar.
good luck

I agree with Mel as your first call should be the filters on the end of each tap - I clean mine out several times a year and leave the screw filters hand tight for the purpose. This spring it was the bathroom sink that was almost completely blocked with lime ‘sludge’. You will probably find a plastic mesh and wire mesh that block easily.
