2.0 Litre T4 Land Rover BMW TD4 2005 Automaic box

Hi all

Well I have gone and done it now?

I have just purchased a 2 Litre T4 Landrover SE with BMW TD4 Diesel engine. Year 2005 pick it up 1st October. Its got a automatic box Tiptronic Style.

Purchased from Harwoods of Pulborough. I have been doing reseach on towcars in my price range for months getting bits of info from here and there.

What I would like to know has anyone out there got this model and what do tha think of it. Just this model with auto-box.

Stephen, I tow with a manual version same year and it is great pulling 1500 kgs. My mate has the auto and I have used it a few times pulling my van,I prefer his, it is much nicer with the auto box, I must be getting old and lazy but I am only 68.J.Lo

Hi thanks I am 56 this will be my first auto box. On this forum not to many people seem to tow with freelander as you can see from the feed back. I was thinking i had droped a clanger.
