2010 Swift Charisma Shower Lightbulb replacement

I need to check the connection for the shower spotlight (built into sealed shower unit). Either there is a loose connection or the bulb needs replacement.

There are 3 screws which come off releasing a piece of glass and I'm left with a unit which has slight clockwise and anti clockwise movement - how do I get it out? I don't want to force it and wreck the shower unit but it must come out somehow!

Any help welcome!
 
Mine were very similar to the ceiling spot light's with two spring clips holding them in place like in this photo.......
