We always use the carpets as intended - it's not like they were extra-cost items that could have been omitted to reduce the price - like cars, our caravans are bought for long-term use so the value of pristine carpets when the caravan is eventually sold would be close to zero.

When we brought our caravan the carpets that came with it, are put away and we brought two carpet runners non slip and so far it has worked well with our dog .
