I have done something similar on my main 12v feed from thr battery, but......
.
The inline fuse is in a very difficult location to access, especially if it is dark! So, rather than fit a trip fuse such as this I uprated the fuse to 30 amp and then fitted a resetable fuse (courtesy of Amazon) of 20 amps close to my PSU where it's much more easily accessible.

I've never seen these before. Can you link to where you bought it?

Is it in place of a fuse that blows regularly?

No he didn't. Continuity error. I was responding to the OP (toadacaracan) who didn't say anything about where he had seen the trip fuse. Mr Plod snuck in a reply before I posted which is why you're confused.
Oh yes he did! And I'm not confused.

Ignoring the issues of did he, didn't he, and where the fuse/breaker might be located, these resetable devices can sometimes be more sensitive than a cartridge fuse. of the same apparent rating.

As such if you have been plagued with fuses blowing , then there must be a reason for it and if for nothing other than safety, the cause of the fuse blowing should be resolved.

If you don't resolve the cause, your more likely to need to reset one of these devices more frequently.

I was thinking along similar lines, but also it's not the sort of item I'd want to buy from a questionable source.
Generally Miniture Circuit Breakers have different 'type' ratings depending on the inductance of the circuit they're protecting. I wondered what 'type' these were.

If a fuse trips or blows you have a problem to solve,to alleviate a problem of finding another fuse I intend to fit a trip out fuse ,,Have a look at a company called "12 Volt planet" they also have or had fuse holders that are fitted with lights to indicate which fuse is at fault

The "green sparkplug company" is worth perusing, once on their site open the menu, top left corner and select "Electrical" it has a Lot more than sparkplugs

My caravan didn't have fuses for the external lights so I've fitted my own, along with spares,I have never had the need to replace the 20amp fuse and the 12v internal fuses are combined in PSU.Due to how the 20amp being awkward to get to my idea was to fit the trip. 👍
