Stinky Pete we always find Germany very clean and the people we have met helpful. we rate the Bavarian scenery as good Switzerland

Hi, we too rate Germany a great place to holiday. Bavaria is beautiful and the hills are definatley alive with the sound of music! if you get as far south as fussen you can visit the chitty chitty bang bang castle. there are also sommer rodel bahns(summer bob slieghs) dotted around the region. the scenary is spectacular and the locals are very friendly and helpful. we are missing bavaria this year and are trying the black forest. if you get to near wurzburg like an earlier email recommended try the site at Bad Kissengen just off the A7. we use this as a regular stop it is lovely. the facilities are first class and you can walk into the beautiful town. good luck and bon voyage.
