Hi all

Just picked up new 550 charisma freestyle, alarm worked fine when demo at lowdam but now wont arm.Ive tried pressing button on pri near floor level but it stiljust bleeps and flashes for ever and doesnt arm the alarm, any ideas before i make a fool of myself and ring lowdham???

lowdham will be fine just speak with service, they have been marvellous with us since we purchased, thats what they are there for, regards Terry
