While attending the Caravan and Boat Show in the NEC we decided to subscribe to the Practical Caravan mag. As we had only brought hand luggage on our flight we couldn't bring home our AutoGlym free gift. When we asked if it could be posted to us we were told they could not guarantee we would get it. We were disappointed by the response and decided against taking out the subscription. As we walked away I noticed Nigel Donnelly on the next stand and explained how disappointed we were. He was very helpful and said he would guarantee the delivery of our gift. The AutoGlym pack arrived this morning and we are delighted with it. We just want to say a big Thank you to Nigel for making all the arrangements. We will now enjoy our mag and our AutoGlym pack!

Lucky you I have had 3 reminders over the last few months to renew my subscription, but not one offered me a free AutoGlym pack.

Mind you I have not renewed yet maybe I should leave it till they offer a freebie
