Hi to you all. Has anyone experienced the inability to access SwiftTalk Forum. They seem to have drastically reformatted the site and it takes forever to gain access. There is a "waiting" for static.ing.com that is constantly appearing at the bottom left-hand corner of the page whilst loading is being attempted.
I have identified other issues with the site but cannot get easily to query it with Admin.
Even when eventually sign in the progress is painfully slow.

I am also experiencing security warnings from my BullGuard Internet Security when attempting to gain access to CaravanTimes.
There have never previously been issues with either of these two sites.

I have had no trouble with Swft Talk forum, I did however have a lot of trouble with this forum.

I just tried Swift Talk from a bookmark and had no problem logging in or any undue delay, Caravan Times was a bit slower but no security alert was triggered by my Kaspersky Internet Security.
More often than not delays and difficulty of access like those that you describe stem from the users own computer or internet service provider and different sets of circumstances come into effect.
Don't forget that hundreds of thousands of children are on school holiday and many of them will be on the internet for most of the time, this can slow down your internet service, or perhaps your browsers firewall settings are slowing things down?
Internet security false positives are not uncommon, they occur when a string of characters have similarities to a known virus or when a website uses a virus-like action, this will trigger an alert but you could add Caravan Times to your 'safe user' list which would solve the problem. look on the 'Help' section of your anti virus programme to find out how to resolve this.

Hi Parksy. Thank you. I have again been in touch with BullGuard and they are suggesting that if the site is being blocked it is because it is unsafe. It is already one of my trusted sites as is this and others.
As for SwiftTalk I have been getting an unusual number of allegedly 'New Member' alerts and I am wondering whether they are existing members that are having to re-register and the system is not picking them up as existing members.
The site appears to have been changed around and is rather difficult to negotiate,there is not a clearly identifiable 'Sign In' tab.

Hi Damian. I still cannot get into SwiftTalk without a very very long loading time and then long loading times during navigation of the site.
It is CaravanTimes that is having the Security Alert flagged up when access is attempted.
In the last few minutes I have had an E'mail allegedly from BullGuard warning me of Heart Bleed. I intend checking it out with BullGuard by carrying out an 'On-line Chat session rather than use the reply tab that came with the message.

If the Bull Guard system displays a warning pop up it should be possible to click 'Report False Positive' and the process will be analysed and removed from the detection criteria if no malware is found.

Hi again Parksy. The warning is actually a full page item but does not offer the option that you speak of.
I have already reported the issue and once again they are saying that the site will be unblocked in 48hrs.
I still cannot get into SwiftTalk,it was previously the fastest forum site to connect with.
The Internet Security Alert was actually a genuine BullGuard generated E'mail and they are advising to change all passwords. This however could be a totally useless exercise because of how the Heart Bleed issue is known to operate and still be totally undetectable and therefore not removable.
It could well involve a totally new hard-drive and not actually having mine reformatted - again.
It was done about 10days ago because of extremely odd behaviour albeit BullGuard was telling me that there no issues on the one hand but that the Real Time Scanner could not be started when I ran full scans.

Hi Parksy. Thank you. I have resolved the SwiftTalk issue. It was the Desktop Shortcut. It would appear that there was a malfunction. I have downloaded a fresh one and Bingo - straight in.
I attempted the same with CaravanTimes forum and my Google search produced Red Stop warnings at the beginning of the accessible features on the site.
I will investigate further albeit I have not yet had a new reply/update from Chris Jefferies.

It might be worth running a scan using Malwarebytes
The download is free, unfortunately it only lasts for a limited time but it's a very good resource for finding out if you have malware or a virus of some kind on your computer.
Another really good free download is the E-using registry cleaner.
This is not an anti-virus tool, you can leave it on because it shouldn't conflict with your anti-virus software and it removes old or damaged registry keys, skip the donate request and run the cleaner about every two months to keep your computer running fairly quickly.
